1. Who we are

Clash Players is a platform for managing clans and wars in Clash of Clans. We operate independently and are not affiliated with Supercell.

2. Data collected

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

• Account data: name, email address and profile photo, provided during Google sign-in or manual registration.
• Game data: player tag, war history and statistics obtained via the public Clash of Clans API.
• Usage data: access logs for platform security and operation.

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Authenticate your access to the platform;
• Display player and war statistics;
• Send relevant clan communications (when applicable);
• Improve the platform experience and performance.

4. Cookies and ads

We use essential and preference cookies to keep the platform working correctly. We may also use Google AdSense to display ads, and Google may use cookies to personalize or measure ads according to its policies.

We also use essential session cookies for authentication. Without them, login does not work correctly.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data when required by law or when necessary for integrated services such as Google OAuth and Google AdSense.

6. Your rights (LGPD)

In accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to:

• Access the data we have about you;
• Request correction of incorrect data;
• Request deletion of your account and associated data;
• Revoke consent at any time.

7. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except when there is a legal obligation to retain it.

8. Security

We adopt adequate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, including secure authentication via NextAuth.js and communication via HTTPS.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new version.

Clash Players is an independent platform for managing Clash of Clans clans, players, wars and leagues. The mobile app is maintained by ThobarTec and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or maintained by Supercell.

2. Data we collect

When using the mobile app, we may collect or process the following data:

• Account data: name, email address, profile photo and user identifier obtained through Google sign-in.
• Authentication data: API session token and basic user data stored locally on the device through secure storage.
• Game data: player tag, clan tag, player API key when provided, war history, leagues and statistics obtained through the official Clash of Clans API or the ClashPlayersApi.
• Usage and security data: technical access logs, errors and requests required to keep the service working and protected.
• Ads data: when ads are enabled, Google AdMob may process technical device data, advertising identifiers and usage signals according to Google's policies.

3. Data we do not request

The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, personal device files or financial information. We also do not sell personal data.

4. How we use data

• Authenticate the user and keep the app session active;
• Display clans, players, wars, leagues and reports linked to the account;
• Retrieve and synchronize information with the ClashPlayersApi and the official Clash of Clans API;
• Protect the app against misuse, failures and unauthorized access;
• Display ads and limit their frequency when this feature is active.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share or process data only when necessary to operate the app:

• With the ClashPlayersApi, for authentication and platform data loading;
• With Google Sign-In, for authentication with a Google account;
• With Google AdMob, when ads are enabled in the app;
• With authorities or third parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and service integrity.

6. Local storage and cookies

The mobile app does not rely on browser cookies. To keep the user signed in, it stores the authentication token and basic user data locally using secure device storage. Signing out or deleting the account removes this local data.

7. Ads and Google AdMob

The app may use Google AdMob to display banners or interstitial ads. We configure non-personalized ad requests when applicable, but Google may process technical data according to its own privacy policy and the user's device settings.

8. Children and audience under 13

Clash Players is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in that age range. If you believe a child provided personal data in the app, contact us so we can review removal.

9. Data retention and deletion

We retain data while the account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. Users can delete their account in the app; after deletion, associated data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, except when legal retention is required.

10. Security

We use HTTPS communication, token authentication and secure local storage to reduce unauthorized access risks. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure, but we adopt measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed.

11. User rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or review of the processing of your personal data, according to applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD when applicable.
