Account Deletion
Use this page to permanently delete your Clash Players account. This flow is intended for Google Play account deletion requirements and does not grant access to the admin dashboard.

How to delete your account
- Read the information below about deleted and retained data.
- Sign in with Google to verify that you own the account.
- Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Select “Permanently delete my account” to submit the request.
Data that will be deleted
When you delete your account, we remove data directly associated with your user, including:
- Account and profile
- Email address and profile photo
- Google OAuth link
- Active sessions
- Linked players
- Support tickets
- Other data directly tied to your user account
Data that may be kept or anonymized
Some data may remain in anonymized or technical form, including:
- Public posts or content with the author unlinked from your account
- Payment or webhook events with a null user_id
- Technical logs required for security and operations
- Temporary backups until the retention cycle completes
Retention period
Associated data is removed or anonymized within 30 days after deletion, except when legal retention is required. Backups may exist temporarily until the backup retention cycle ends.
Sign in with the Google account linked to your Clash Players account. This login is only used to verify ownership before deletion.
