1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Clash Players, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any point, please do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Clash Players is a clan and war management platform for Clash of Clans. We offer tools to track player statistics, register wars and communicate news to the clan.

This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially supported by Supercell. Clash of Clans is a registered trademark of Supercell Oy.

3. Registration and account

• You must provide truthful information during registration;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Notify immediately about any unauthorized use of your account;
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

By using the platform, you agree not to:

• Publish offensive, discriminatory or illegal content;
• Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization;
• Use the platform for spam or social engineering;
• Perform actions that compromise the security or performance of the service;
• Use bots or automated scripts without prior permission.

5. User content

Users with admin permission can publish posts on the platform. By publishing content, you guarantee that you have the necessary rights and that the content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Ads

The platform may display Ezoic ads to fund operational costs. Ads are managed by Ezoic and its partners and are subject to Ezoic's privacy policies.

7. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, with or without prior notice, without liability for any unavailability.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of game data or decisions made based on the information displayed here.

9. Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the platform dashboard. Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, users in Brazil are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. International users have up to 14 days under applicable law. Outside these periods, refund requests will only be considered in cases of a critical technical outage that renders the platform inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours. In any other scenario, cancellation only stops automatic renewal, with no right to a proportional refund for the already-billed period.

10. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. We will communicate relevant changes through posts on the platform.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Brazil.
